I’m noticing it’s actually easier to shoot in every city OTHER THAN L.A.
We went into Adventuredome in Circus Circus and shot some interactive improv and nobody bothered us. Very refreshing after being chased out of the Venice Whole Foods a couple months ago for taking a picture of a beautiful homemade pizza.
The reason why is because everyone and their brother is a filmmaker/producer/director/actor/whatever and the collective there is so jaded by the filming experience that they want to call their agent when a 14 year old kid with a Target camera wants to record her brother on the beach and her brother happens to be building a sandcastle in front of someone totally indistinguishable sunbathing 50 feet away.
Anyhoo, more info on the Adventuredome shoot will be posted soon. Woohoo! Good times!

I’ve noticed that lately I haven’t really wanted to slow down making stuff by inviting a crew along.
Typically, I really enjoy the collaboration of having a large team work on a project with me, but lately I’ve gotten into this rhythm of shoot, edit, post, repeat and I love it!
Anyhoo, Here is my latest video and I am posting it here for two reasons.
One objective is to show you what I’ve been up to. This took about 2 hours total, but was so much fun to create!

The other objective is to ask you to VOTE!!! I don’t care how you vote, but select the number of starts you think this video should get and vote for it!!! You would be helping me a great deal.
Oh! I just thought of another objective…
So, for those actors that are frustrated with the whole auditioning process but don’t know where to start with making your own projects… If you can get your hands on some basic movie making equipment (video camera, editing system) you can be off and running. And then you just improve from there.
