I do not suggest you use the camera’s internal microphone. The sound quality of your movie will not be good. And there will be a “hisssss” sound over all of the dialogue that may not bother you, but to the sensitive ear it will really irritate and distract.
Your sound department will take a look at the camera and tell you what they have, and/or what they want or need.
If the camera doesn’t come with what they want/need, and you can’t find someone to borrow it from, then rent it (or buy it, if you own the camera and you think you will be using whatever your buying several times in the future.)
